Returns

You have 30 days to make any return or refund. After this deadline, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation. In order to benefit from a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Depending on the situation, only a partial refund may be granted, such as:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
• Any item on sale, since only regular priced items can be refunded.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your request. If your request has indeed been accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your payment method, within a certain number of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. You can also contact your bank, but there is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@monbeaubonboeuf.ca .

Trades

You have 30 days to make an exchange or refund. Exceeded this limit, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation. Only defective or damaged items can be exchanged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, you can contact us by email at info@monbeaubonboeuf.ca and send your product to the following address:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with a value equal to the value of your return. Once receipt of the item from our company is confirmed, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.

When the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first before giving it to you, we will send a refund to the giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

For an item worth more than $75, using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or even delivery insurance is strongly recommended. We do not guarantee receipt of the item.
