What are the shipping fees?
Delivery is free for orders of $125 and more. For orders under $125, a flat fee of $20 applies.
Do I have to be present during delivery?
You do not have to be present during delivery. We will make sure to leave the package in a safe place. For example, if you live in a house, we will leave the box in the back. The box in which your order is delivered keeps the items frozen for 14 hours.
Can I have my order delivered to a condo or apartment?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to your condo or apartment without problem. We will drop it off at your door. If we cannot access the building, we will contact you to notify you that your package has arrived.
What are the delivery times and the cities served?
1 to 3 business days around Montreal and Laval. If you have any specific questions or requests, you can contact us at info@monbeaubonboeuf.ca, a member of our team will be happy to answer your questions.
What are your delivery times?
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day except Friday and Saturday.
My box is not there when I return… what should I do if it is stolen?

How long will it take for meat to defrost?
We suggest putting the meat out in the refrigerator 24 hours before cooking. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the piece of meat.
What is the difference between frozen and frozen meat?
Freezing allows the product to cool thoroughly, which will reduce the risk of damaging the cells of the food when it is defrosted. Freezing is simply the household equivalent of freezing, with less rapid cooling and a lower temperature.
How is the meat delivered?
The meat will be delivered in a 100% recyclable insulated box allowing the frozen meat to be kept for 14 hours. To avoid waste we reuse the boxes 2 to 3 times. During your deliveries you can give the box directly to the delivery person or wait until your next order to participate in our ecological gesture.
Does grass-fed beef taste better?
The taste of grass-fed beef is less consistent than grain-fed beef. The taste varies according to seasons and farmers. Grass-fed beef has less fat than grain-fed beef. Many people prefer grass-fed beef because it has more character, but it depends on taste.
Does the meat only come from Quebec farmers?
Yes, the beef grows on our farm in Abitibi, for other meats we are proud to work only with Quebec farms.
How long can I keep a product before consumption?
We recommend consuming frozen cuts of meat within 12 months of the package date.
The vacuum packaging seems to be in poor condition...what should I do?
Avoid consuming products whose packaging has been damaged at info@monbeaubonboeuf.ca , we will be happy to replace damaged products.
Can I modify an order when it is confirmed?
Yes. All you have to do is contact us by email at info@monbeaubonboeuf.ca
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately no, all our products are sold exclusively online.
Can I pick up my order directly from Mon beau monox?
No, order pickup is not an option currently available. However, you can have it delivered to your work (the boxes allow you to keep the frozen meat for 14 hours)
What payment options are accepted?
We favor Interac transfers to keep our prices as low as possible, but we accept credit cards.
Is there a minimum amount for an order?
No, there is no minimum amount required to place an order.
