To preserve the authentic flavor of our products, we recommend defrosting your dish by placing it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating it.

Cut the end of the bag, leave the dish inside and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, 5 minutes if frozen (1 minute and 30 seconds, 3 minutes if frozen for the 200g size). The time may vary depending on the power of your microwave.
